  • PayPal: You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete payment.
  • Afterpay: Split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments (availability depends on your billing country and approval).
  • Skrill: Pay via your Skrill wallet, supported cards, or local payment options; you’ll be redirected to Skrill to complete payment (availability varies by region).

What Currency Will I Be Charged In?

  • Prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) on heynuck.com.
  • If your card is issued in another currency, your bank/payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and any fees.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

  • We can help with address, item, or size changes before the order ships.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order; once a parcel is dispatched, we’re unable to modify it.
  • If your order has shipped, we can assist with return/exchange per our policy.

I Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email — What Should I Do?

  • Check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
  • Ensure the email on the order is correct (log in to your account to verify).
  • If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.
