What Currency Will I Be Charged In?
- Prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) on heynuck.com.
- If your card is issued in another currency, your bank/payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and any fees.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
- We can help with address, item, or size changes before the order ships.
- Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order; once a parcel is dispatched, we’re unable to modify it.
- If your order has shipped, we can assist with return/exchange per our policy.
