Where can we deliver?

  • Canada: Nationwide coverage (including remote areas and PO Boxes; some remote locations may be Standard-only).
  • United States & International: Selected destinations available; eligibility, rates, and duties are shown at checkout.
  • Restricted destinations: Certain islands/overseas territories, embargoed/sanctioned countries, or regions without stable postal service are not supported.

How we ship your order

  1. Order confirmation — sent right after you place the order
  2. Payment confirmation — sent after payment is authorized
  3. Shipping confirmation — includes a tracking link to follow your parcel end-to-end

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (quality check, picking, packing)
  • Transit time (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays):
    • Standard: 15–20 business days nationwide; remote areas +3–7 days
    • Priority: 7–10 business days (faster handling & transit, where available)

  • Free Shipping applies to Standard only; you can still choose Priority for C$26.00. Final fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/volume.

  • GST/HST/PST are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
